AURA By Kathe ships only within the United States. Available delivery options for your address will appear at checkout.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges and any applicable promotions will be displayed before you confirm payment.

Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on the product and its warehouse of origin. As a reference, standard shipping estimates are 2–5 business days for products shipped from U.S. warehouses and 5–10 business days for products shipped from international warehouses.

These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee a delivery date. Order preparation, holidays, and carrier delays may affect when your order arrives.

Tracking and separate packages
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Delivery address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before paying. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Delivery issues
